Regarding Masks:Main benefit of cloth masks is to help prevent you from touching your face, so they help reduce risk but they don’t guarantee you won’t get the virus as the virus can penetrate it.Also used for people infected with COVID to reduce them spreading the virus if they cough or sneeze. But best mask to reduce transmission is the N95 which is hard to find these days and recommended for healthcare workers who are frontline in providing care for those infected with the virus.
